This week we will look at international events and the response, or lack there of from the "Harris Administration".

Canning	The stuff of history is indeed woven in the woof. Pearl Harbour. There are pages in history's book which are written on the grand scale. Events so momentous that they dwarf man and time alike. And such is the Battle of Pearl Harbour, re-enacted for us now by the women of Barley Townswomen's Guild.
	Cut to a muddy corner of a field. Miss Rita Fairbanks stands talking straight to camera. Behind her lurk five more pepperpots.
Canning	(voice over) Miss Rita Fairbanks - you organized this reconstruction of the Battle of Pearl Harbour - why?
Rita	Well we've always been extremely interested in modern drama ... we were of course the first Townswomen's Guild to perform 'Camp On Blood Island', and last year we did our extremely popular re-enactment of 'Nazi War Atrocities'. So this year we thought we would like to do something in a lighter vein...
Canning	So you chose the Battle of Pearl Harbour?
Rita	Yes, that's right, we did.
Canning	Well I can see you're all ready to go. So I'll just wish you good luck in your latest venture.

CAPTION: 'BLOOD, DEATH, WAR, HORROR'
	Cut to an interviewer in a rather dinky little set. On the wall there is a rather prettily done sign, not too big, saying 'Blood, Devastation, Death, War and Horror', as if it were a show's title.
Interviewer	Hello, good evening and welcome to another edition of Blood, Devastation, Death War and Horror, and later on we'll be meeting a man who does gardening. But first on the show we've got a man who speaks entirely in anagrams.
Man	Taht si crreoct.
Interviewer	Do you enjoy it?
Man	I stom certainly od. Revy chum so.

Homily:  Well parishioners, this week Sleepy Uncle Joe has been napping as more serious problems rear their asp like heads.  With serious international threats looming for America, Sleepy Uncle Joe is too busy trying to get more day care and elder care (especially elder care)! 

Amazingly this week Japan warned America that it believes that China and Russia could be preparing to launch a pearl harbor style attack on … Pearl Harbor!  https://americanmilitarynews.com/2021/07/japan-warns-us-a-pearl-harbor-style-attack-from-china-and-russia-could-happen/  Naturally, if anyone knows what preparation for a “Pearl Harbor style attack” looks like it is the Japanese.  So what was the Harris administration response to this warning?  Nothing.  They ignored it.  As this warning was made, The Russians and Chinese were conducting a joint military exercise practicing “sinking and aircraft carrier”.  Where was this exercise held you might ask?  Why thirty five miles off the coast of Hawaii! 

Meanwhile, recently it has come to some people’s attention that both China and Russia are preparing for the possibility of an EMP attack.  https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/why-isnt-us-preparing-emp-war-rest-world  Of course, once again the Harris Administration has done nothing.  Everyone else can prepare for an EMP attack, but we do not need such “wastes of money”.  At least according to the Harris administration. 

Finally, several major unions have decided that what we really need right now is a “general strike”.  “General Strikes” are a tactic that has been used multiple times over the last century in Europe, but very rarely and never on a nationwide footing in America.  But this October 15, some are going to try it here.  Among the groups leading this plan are: "Party for Socialism and Liberation," "Socialist Rifle Association," "AFL-CIO," "United Steelworkers," and "UAW."  https://www.zerohedge.com/political/general-labor-strike-planned-across-us  Sounds like we may be in for an interesting mid October.  But we will see what we will see when the time arrives.  Remember, “fore warned, is fore armed”.
