Week Fifteen of Extra Ordinary Time
Welcome all to
the Fifteenth week of Extra Ordinary Time.
Please
open your Hymnal to page 3 and join in our processional “O Lord
Please Don’t Burn Us” Verse 1
O LORD, please don’t burn us, Don’t grill or
toast your flock,
Don’t put us on the barbecue, Or simmer us in stock,
Don’t braise or bake or boil us, Or stir fry us in a
wok.
Thank you, it is good to hear you are in such high spirits, however the prophets do not share your “outlook” on life as many governments and their “hand maidens” are turning against religion of late.
Please open The Holy Text volume 1 to episode 14
page 183 where the prophets say …
Minister |
That's it, is it? |
Man |
Yes, that's it, yes. |
Minister |
It's not particularly silly, is it? I mean,
the right leg isn't silly at all and the left leg merely does a forward
aerial half turn every alternate step. |
Man |
Yes, but I think that with Government backing
I could make it very silly. |
Minister |
(rising) Mr Pudey, (he walks about behind the desk in a
very silly fashion) the very real problem is one of money. I'm
afraid that the Ministry of Silly Walks is no longer getting the kind of
support it needs. You see there's Defense, Social Security, Health, Housing,
Education, Silly Walks ... they're all supposed to get the same. But last
year, the Government spent less on the Ministry of Silly Walks than it did on
National Defence. Now we get £348,000,000 a year, which is supposed to be
spent on all our available products. (he sits down) Coffee? |
Man |
Yes please. |
Open your hymnal to page 21 and join us in
singing “Here comes another 1” both verses
Here comes another one, Here it comes
again
Here comes another one, When will it ever end?
I know whatever it is, I've not seen
one before
But here comes another one, And here comes a bunch of 'em
Here comes another one, Thank God I'm not having lunch with them
Now please open The Holy Text volume 2 to episode 32 page 126 where the prophets say …
Newsreader |
The Minister for not
listening to people toured Batley today to investigate allegations of
victimization in home-loan improvement grants, made last week (photo
behind changes to close up of another faceless minister) by the
Shadow Minister for judging people at first sight to be marginally worse than
they actually are. (photo changes to exterior of the Home Office) At
the Home Office, the Minister for inserting himself in between chairs and
walls in men's clubs, was at his desk after a short illness. He spent the
morning dealing with the Irish situation and later in the day had long
discussions with the Minister for running upstairs two at a time, flinging
the door open and saying 'Ha, ha! Caught you, Mildred'. (photo of the
Houses of Parliament) In the Commons there was another day of heated
debate on the third reading of the Trade Practices Bill. Mr Roland Penrose,
the Under-Secretary for making deep growling noises grrr, launched a bitter
personal attack on the ex-Minister for delving deep into a black satin bag
and producing a tube of Euthymol toothpaste. Later in the debate the Junior
Minister for being frightened by any kind of farm machinery, challenged the
Under-Secretary of State for hiding from Terence Rattigan to produce the current
year's trading figures, as supplied by the Department of stealing packets of
bandages from the self-service counter at Timothy Whites and selling them
again at a considerable profit. Parliament rose at 11:30, and, crawling along
a dark passageway into the old rectory (the camera starts to track
slowly into the newsreader's face so that it is eventually filling the
screen) broke down the door to the serving hatch, painted the spare
room and next weekend I think they'll be able to make a start on the boy's
bedroom, while Amy and Roger, up in London for a few days, go to see the
mysterious Mr Grenville. |
Homily Of late, governments and their “sycophants”
in the “legacy media” and Financial “institutions” (prisons) have begun a more
open campaign against all religions. In
one of the more blatant examples of this growing practice the current American
government has decided to bar Christians from fostering or adopting children
unless they agree up front to pay for any requested “reassignment” surgery that
may arise from the child in question (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2024/04/30/2024-08982/designated-placement-requirements-under-titles-iv-e-and-iv-b-for-lgbtqi-children#footnote-2-p34821). Violating
parental/caregiver rights seems to come natural to these animals.
In another case of
the “sycophants” advancing the politicians causes the “too big to fail” Bank of
America has been accused of “de-banking” bot Christians and Christian
churches/groups (https://sfof.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/SFOF_BoA_Letter.pdf).
Of course we can presume fair treatment with federal financial
investigators on this case.
Even more
concerning than these actions by governments and their lackeys, has been the
response of religious groups in the face of these persecutions. A large protestant (remember it comes from
the word “Protest”) church, the United Methodist Church, has managed to
alienate literally millions of its own followers over its woke inspired liberal
drift. More than one Million followers
of the church have officially left it enmasse in the nation of Cote d’ Ivorie. In particular this break is caused by the
church stance on LGBT+ parsons (https://www.theblaze.com/news/umc-ivory-coast-leaves-lgbt-issues?utm_source=theblaze-dailyPM&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Newsletter%20PM%20Premium%20Test%202024-06-04&utm_term=ACTIVE%20LIST%20-%20TheBlaze%20Daily%20PM&tpcc=email-premiumtest).
As if such losses in followers were not enough, the same article states
that another 1.5 million members of the UMC in South Korea are also about to
break with the church over similar issues.
The above mentions 2.5 million defections represent 25% of the entire
organizations membership according to its own website (https://www.umc.org/en/who-we-are#:~:text=The%20United%20Methodist%20Church%20is,Europe%20and%20the%20United%20States.). Hopefully, the international organization
will realize the error of their ways and recant to mend fences and maintain
some religious organizational strength.
Naturally, if we
want to see the complete abasement of a church to governmental hubris, no
investigation would be complete without examining the Church of England. Recently an “ArchDeacon” in the “Established
Church”, openly called for a campaign of “Anti-Whiteness” within the church (https://www.zerohedge.com/political/church-england-archdeacon-openly-calls-anti-whiteness). I
am quite sure that all of this “ArchDeacon’s” parishioners feels completely
safe and welcome with them running communion and delivering homilies! The practicioners of the Church of England
would be better served by following the Pope at this rate.
Amen
Please
join us in our recessional on page 3 of your hymnal “O Lord Please Don’t Burn
Us” second verse.
Oh Please don’t lightly poach us, Or Baste us with hot
fat,
Don’t fricassee or roast us, Or boil us in
a vat,
And please don’t stick thy servants, Lord, In a
Rotissomat.
